I’m a young girl who loves living a healthy lifestyle — but even more, I love keeping things real and balanced. Life isn’t only about perfect routines or flawless discipline, and I’m definitely not someone who wants to spend every waking moment chasing “perfection.” I’m learning, growing, and finding my own version of balance every day — and that’s exactly what I share here.
My favourite way to move is going to the gym and doing Pilates. These two forms of exercise help me feel strong, grounded, and connected to myself. But I’m also very aware that a healthy life isn’t just about workouts or strict habits. It’s about feeling good, enjoying everyday moments, and finding routines that support you — not control you.
